Our services
Every service is built around one goal: keeping children safe while helping them maintain meaningful relationships with their parents.
Supervised Visitation
A trained monitor is present for the entire visit, staying close enough to see and hear the interaction so the child is safe and the time together stays positive.
- One-on-one supervision, with the monitor observing throughout the visit
- Structured arrival and departure times so parents do not cross paths
- Clear, agreed-upon rules covering conduct, gifts, phones, and topics of conversation
- A welcoming, child-friendly setting designed to feel comfortable, not clinical
- Available in office settings and, where appropriate and approved, community locations
Monitored Exchange
When parents should not have direct contact, we manage the hand-off of the child so the parties never have to meet — lowering conflict and shielding the child from tension.
- Staggered arrival and pick-up so parents do not encounter one another
- A calm, supervised transition focused entirely on the child
- Documentation of attendance, timeliness, and the child’s demeanor at exchange
- Ideal for families who can co-parent at a distance but not in person
Observation Reports & Documentation
After each visit we prepare a factual, objective written report describing what was observed — never opinions or recommendations — suitable for the court as ordered.
- Neutral, behavior-focused notes taken during the visit
- Records of arrival, interaction, the child’s demeanor, and departure
- Objective language: what was seen and heard, not conclusions
- Reports released only as authorized by the court or the parties
