Our practices are built around widely recognized standards for supervised visitation and safe exchange, emphasizing safety, neutrality, confidentiality, and consistent, professional documentation. Monitors are trained to observe factually and to respond appropriately if a child’s safety or comfort is ever at risk.

Information about the families we serve is kept confidential and is shared only as authorized by the parties or required by a court order or by law. Observation reports are released only to those entitled to receive them.
