How we help families stay connected

Court-ordered or privately arranged, our services give children safe, positive time with a parent while protecting everyone involved.

A trained monitor is present throughout each visit, ensuring the child is safe and the visit stays positive and appropriate.

We manage the hand-off of a child between parents so the parties never have to meet — reducing conflict and stress for the child.

After each visit we produce a factual, objective written report documenting what was observed, available to the court as ordered.

You reach out or a court refers the case. We gather the order, background, and each family member’s information.

Each parent completes an orientation and signs a service agreement so everyone understands the rules.
